Manager, Content Operations
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in content operations and client portal management. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in overseeing marketing automations, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage automated order creation and updates in the client portal upon service purchase.
- Monitor ongoing projects, ensuring deadline adherence and high-quality work.
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries related to project progress and portal access.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and digital marketing specialists for smooth project execution.
- Optimize and improve the client portal experience, addressing technical issues and incorporating feedback.
- Continuously explore new features and integrations to enhance portal functionality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience, focusing on SuiteDash, Intercom, and Shopify platforms.
- Digital agency experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer-centric mindset.
- Demonstrated experience in resolving technical issues related to platform management and automation.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently.
